12 hours of yoga over 3 days. 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the late afternoon. There is lots of time after brunch to walk, read, chat, swim or go back to bed. This is You-Time, remember!

Includes bed, breakfast, and 2 evening meals. One evening meal in a local restaurant is not included.
