Membership Terms
These terms apply to all classes, memberships, class packs, drop-ins, private sessions and gift cards at Temple Bar Yoga. Buying a membership, pass or class means you accept them.
Booking classes
All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system. Studio classes are capped at 12 students, so places are limited and booking early is worth doing.
Classes are streamed: Foundations, General and Experienced. Please book the stream that matches your experience. If you are unsure, email info@templebaryoga.ie and we will point you to the right class.
The timetable varies seasonally. We close on public holidays and for short periods at Christmas. Membership fees are not adjusted for these closures.
Cancelling a class booking
Classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time.
Where you booked using a class pack or a Mini Membership, cancelling in time returns the credit to your pass or membership. Cancellations are credited, not refunded.
Late cancellation and non-attendance
On unlimited memberships, a first late cancellation or missed class is noted. On a second, booking privileges may be suspended for 48 hours. On a third, for one week. The count clears after three months with no late cancellations or missed classes.
This does not apply to class packs or the Mini Membership, where a late cancellation or missed class costs you the credit.
Memberships
Terms common to all memberships
- Memberships are rolling and auto-renew monthly. Payment is taken on the same date each month from the card registered at sign-up.
- Memberships are activated when first used and run for consecutive days.
- Memberships cannot be refunded, extended, shared or transferred.
- To cancel, give 30 days’ notice in writing to info@templebaryoga.ie. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period. Payments already taken are not refunded.
- Membership may be frozen for one month per year, free of charge, by written request in advance to info@templebaryoga.ie.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change to a membership price.
These apply to the Mini Membership, Unlimited Online, Unlimited and Premium Unlimited alike.
Intro Offer — €69
Thirty days of unlimited studio and online classes, running from the day you first use it. Available to students who have not practised with us before, and to returning students who have not attended in 12 months or more. It cannot be combined with any other offer and does not auto-renew.
Mini Membership — €79 per month
One class per week, studio or online. Unused weekly classes do not carry over. The workshop discount is not included.
Unlimited Online Membership — €99 per month
Unlimited online classes. Studio classes are not included and may be booked separately at the drop-in rate. The workshop discount is not included.
Unlimited Membership — €149 per month
Unlimited studio and online classes, plus 10% off Temple Bar Yoga workshops. The discount applies to the member only, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer. It does not apply to teacher training, retreats or third-party events hosted at the studio.
Premium Unlimited — €189 per month
Unlimited studio and online classes, plus the following.
- Masterclasses included. Masterclasses must still be booked in advance and places are limited. They remain open to non-members at the advertised rate.
- One guest pass per calendar month, for Foundations or General classes, in the studio or online. Your guest must create a booking account before attending. Email info@templebaryoga.ie at least 24 hours before the class and we will arrange the booking. Places are subject to availability. Passes do not carry over to the following month and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for credit. Guests attending in the studio must be accompanied by the member.
- 20% off all Temple Bar Yoga workshops, up from the 10% on Unlimited. The discount applies to the member only, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotional rate. It does not apply to teacher training, retreats or third-party events hosted at the studio.
- One private one-to-one session of 60 minutes per year of continuous membership, available after six complete months. Sessions are arranged with a Temple Bar Yoga teacher, subject to availability. The session is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires if unused at the end of the membership year. A booked session cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice is treated as taken.
Frozen months do not count toward the six-month qualifying period for the private session. If you cancel before completing six months, entitlement to the private session lapses. If membership lapses and is later restarted, the six-month qualifying period begins again from the restart date.
Class packs and drop-ins
- The 10 Class Pack (€220) covers ten studio classes and is valid for 12 months.
- Studio drop-in: €25 per class, valid 12 months.
- Online drop-in: €15 per class, valid 12 months.
- Class packs and drop-ins are activated when first used and cannot be refunded, extended, shared or transferred.
Workshops, Masterclasses and courses
Workshops, Masterclasses and courses are booked and paid for separately from memberships, unless your membership includes them.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancelling in time gives you a credit to the value of the event booked, not a refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are not credited.
Masterclasses are open to everyone regardless of experience. Workshops are better suited to those with some existing practice rather than complete beginners.
Where an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund.
Private sessions
Private one-to-one sessions cost €80 to €150 depending on duration. Email info@templebaryoga.ie to arrange one.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Online classes
Online classes are live and run to the published timetable. You are responsible for your own internet connection and for practising in a space that is safe and clear.
Online classes are live only and are not recorded. There is no catch-up or replay.
Classes are two-way. Your teacher can see you and will address you directly, so please join with your camera on and in a space where you can be seen practising.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. They may be used against classes, class packs, memberships and events.
General
Health
Tell your teacher about injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class. Practise within your own limits. If you have a health concern that might affect your practice, speak to your doctor before starting.
Conduct
We may end a membership or refuse a booking without refund for behaviour that affects the safety or wellbeing of other students, teachers or staff.
Belongings
Please keep valuables with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items left in the studio or changing areas.

We hold your details in order to manage bookings and memberships and to contact you about your practice at the studio. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
