Alignment runs through everything we teach — precise instruction, careful observation and hands-on correction. Classes are capped at twelve, so that attention reaches everyone in the room, whether you've never done yoga or have practised for twenty years.

Why Temple Bar Yoga?
Yoga is something to be learnt, not simply followed. That’s why the classes are small, the instruction is precise and the sequencing is deliberate.
Foundations, General or Experienced — you’ll be taught by someone who can see what your body is doing and will tell you. Most of our teachers trained here, on our own 200- and 500-hour programmes, so the method holds from one class to the next.
Come once a week or come every day. The aim is a practice that still works for you in twenty years.
Masterclasses & Workshops
Beyond the weekly timetable we run Masterclasses and Workshops on single themes — balance, shoulders, breath, backbends.
Masterclasses are open to everyone, whatever your experience. A chance to spend proper time on something a regular class can only touch.
Workshops rotate between our teachers and go into more technical detail. They suit people with some practice behind them rather than complete beginners.
I've been teaching yoga since 1999 and founded Temple Bar Yoga in 2005. My goal has always been simple: to create a studio where people can learn yoga well, in a welcoming environment, from experienced teachers.
